Daily Duties at Compu Com/Ge:
• Responsible for the day to day responsibilities and development of the level three service desk of GE Healthcare supporting 2,000 applications. • Managed and developed 15 support service desk staff members, three incident managers, one problem manager, one monitoring technician, one configuration management database manager and four senior network technicians. • Responsible for customer billing invoices and management of a $2.5M budget. • Implemented standard operating procedures, which eliminated missed incidents by 99 percent. • Developed notification enhancements, which reduced Mean Time to Resolution by 30 minutes per incident. • Presented monitoring enhancements to senior management which would result in an additional 45 minute MTTR reduction. This enhancement is currently under development. • Implemented training and processes to enhance knowledge of all service desk employees, which improved quality by 10% and reduced complaints by 50%.
