•Developed and implemented Fike’s intranet as a comprehensive, functional and communication tool, with ongoing commitment to continual improvements •Responsible for writing strategic plans, briefings, Q&A’s, internal publications •Maintain close relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify story ideas, big wins and employee recognition across a range of businesses and geographies •Leads internal communications campaigns and manages the digital signage system • Works closely with functional areas of the business on implementation of new programs and systems • Manages the production process for company-wide announcements • Provides best-practices tips to executives on presenting and public speaking • Focus on employee activities that drive engagement and ownership.
