Daily Duties at Usaa:

 Leading role in integrating functions; leading cross-functional teams, negotiating and bringing alignment between senior leaders, process owners, IS teams, Legal/Compliance and process engineers on identification of process improvement opportunities and technology required for Target State.  Led Enterprise Wide Six Sigma Project through entire project lifecycle to improve processes based on Lean Six Sigma methodology, waste elimination, risk management and optimization of business processes  Develop process design solutions to support improvement and the alignment of strategic goals and tactical business metrics  Prepare ad hoc projects, management reports, dashboards, presentations and other analytical tools to show challenges and concerns with recommended improvements  Performed statistical analysis using Minitab, Root-Cause analysis, and time-study analysis  Identified defects, NVA, wastes in the process and established FMEA and Control plans  Leading role in identifying KPIs metrics, ROI, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate financial benefits and investment in technology to improve processes  Perform complex statistical analysis including Multiple Regression, ANOVA, DOE and Process Capability analysis and establish Control Charts.  Developed change management impacts, training plans, and technology deployment strategies  Facilitating continuous improvement/Kaizen event workshops to drive incremental process improvements  Coaching process engineers the application of six sigma tools and methodologies, and statistical analyses
