Daily Duties at Usaa:
Leading role in integrating functions; leading cross-functional teams, negotiating and bringing alignment between senior leaders, process owners, IS teams, Legal/Compliance and process engineers on identification of process improvement opportunities and technology required for Target State. Led Enterprise Wide Six Sigma Project through entire project lifecycle to improve processes based on Lean Six Sigma methodology, waste elimination, risk management and optimization of business processes Develop process design solutions to support improvement and the alignment of strategic goals and tactical business metrics Prepare ad hoc projects, management reports, dashboards, presentations and other analytical tools to show challenges and concerns with recommended improvements Performed statistical analysis using Minitab, Root-Cause analysis, and time-study analysis Identified defects, NVA, wastes in the process and established FMEA and Control plans Leading role in identifying KPIs metrics, ROI, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate financial benefits and investment in technology to improve processes Perform complex statistical analysis including Multiple Regression, ANOVA, DOE and Process Capability analysis and establish Control Charts. Developed change management impacts, training plans, and technology deployment strategies Facilitating continuous improvement/Kaizen event workshops to drive incremental process improvements Coaching process engineers the application of six sigma tools and methodologies, and statistical analyses
