Daily Duties at Wipro Limited:

• Identify the scope, elaborate & validate the requirement with the business user. • Determine and implement appropriate change management processes for the project. Track the scope changes. Document & get an agreement on the requirements, achieve the project objectives aligning to business goals. • Overall responsibility for the creation of the project plan / work breakdown structures and ongoing management of the project schedule, tracking the tasks, milestones. • Developing and managing project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans • Ensure appropriate quality processes are in place and being followed • Monitor and control the project budget. Proactively control costs and expenses within the project and determine ways of reducing the project costs while ensuring quality and scope objectives are met • Overall responsibility for effective communication processes, meetings and activities within the project. Document meeting notes and distribute meeting notes to invitees • Collect and monitor the progress on project activities from resources • Maintain excellent client relationships • Act as escalation point for issues that arise from work streams, resolve conflicts, mentors the team • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Report/Mitigate risks around project delivery • Design and maintain project documentation and contribute to the policies and procedures to ensure ongoing adherences to the highest project management standards and the continued use of best practices. • Contributing to business development including proposal writing, contractual documents and Statement of Work • Organizing and facilitating sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospective meetings, backlog grooming sessions, release planning. • Updating and maintaining the scrum progress and task details in the defined tool – JIRA. • Coordinated with distributed multidisciplinary team to remove impediments. Provide predictability graph & report on the current sprint progress and also how the future sprints look. • Escalate issues to management and track to closure. • Worked collaboratively and closely with Product Owner, Development team, and Quality Assurance management to maintain the team productivity. • Facilitate and coordinated across projects when multiple teams are required to solve a single product development challenge. • Manage multiple projects / 2 Scrum Teams (Scrum of Scrum) at one time • Provide detailed weekly status reports, dashboards and metrics on all active projects • Directing and overseeing quantitative and qualitative data analysis
