Daily Duties at Sykes Asia:

Accountable for leading and driving performance to a total of 18 agents under the Mutual Funds and Certificate Group in terms of quality, efficiency, training, schedule adherence and staffing. Created motivational activities such as the best agent in handling time, best in quality, performance management, recruitment and coaching agents out of the program. Received inbound calls related to mutual funds and certificates and ensured meeting of quality scores, handling time, attendance requirements, when an inbound call was taken.
