Planned, managed and executed contact center operations strategies. Accountable for budgeting and P&L management, daily operations, workforce management, audit and compliance, recruitment and disaster recovery, people development and company initiates. Managed five account managers, town hall sessions, open door policy and employee satisfaction surveys.
