Led cross functional collaborations with design, marketing and operations to successfully drive seasoanl sourcing strategies. Oversaw product from design concept to completion which included project management, cost negotiations , quality control and creative packaging. Traveled overseas to check on factories and production. Monitored vendor progress with weekly time and action tracking.
