Daily Duties at Cooper Square :
Supervise Payroll department. Process payroll for over 200 buildings and over 2000 employees. Handle all human resource including Union and non Union benefits. All employee maintenance including garnishments, deductions. Handle all benefits including payments. Enrollment of employees. Post payroll. Reconciliation of any outstanding amounts. Handle all Union issues including audits, process increases and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Workers compensation and disability claims premium payments and audits.
