• Managing the revenue and EBITDA of 6 locations, three states, with 40+ employees and a $7 million budget • Training and coaching Reps to increase sales to exceed Gross Revenue - $7 million annual • Managed EBITDA for cost of sales, bad debt, and adjustments • Monitored and managed patient compliance through clinical follow up by Respiratory Therapists • Developed Market Plans and allocated resources according to the analysis to optimize growth • Worked with Managed Care organizations to increase top line revenue • Consistent positive net growth in product lines over 5 years • Opened 4 new locations in 2003 • Organized sale promotion blitzes throughout the Region to launch new contracts and new locations
