Daily Duties at Regency Hospice:
• Managing 12 HCC’s and onboarding all new sales reps for their first 90 days • Educating and training on the CRM utilized by the HCC’s for maximum benefit and efficiency in the call cycle • Generating educational sales initiatives for maximum growth month over month • Spearheading all contract negotiations with physician consultants • Marketing to primary care physicians, specialists, discharge planners/social workers, nursing facilities and community organizations • Detailing accounts on patient’s pain and symptom management through nursing care, family support through social work and chaplain support, , insurance reimbursement • Coordinating lunch & dinner programs; arranged clinical in-services for physician’s staff • Managing my revenue to goal • Educating families on the benefit of hospice services
