Daily Duties at Sikorsky Support Services:
Provided supervision, training, and evaluation of staff as a civilian contractor at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. Installed wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all avionics systems for the CH-53E Heavy-Lift Helicopter platform; utilized blueprints and wiring diagrams. Identified repetitive failure issues and developed solutions in coordination with engineers, outside sources, and upper management. Provided customer assistance and support for using and repairing modifications installed on the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter platform. Installed wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical systems on the aircraft. Coordinated labor and equipment resources. Trained customers on avionics troubleshooting. Developed relationships with internal departments to meet production goals.
