• Responsible for International sales and customers development. • Coordinated the efforts and activities of sales teams so as to maximize results in an efficient and productive manner. • Monitored competition activities, market trends and changes. • Qualified leads and developed Sales Strategies to win projects. • Fostered and developed customer relationships which resulted in increased business. • Understand customer needs and assist in the development of project solutions to satisfy or exceed their expectations thus providing the company with opportunities for increased sales. • Reviewed and adjusted sales strategies to the ever changing market conditions. • Coordinated inspection and maintenance programs to attend the particular customer’s needs. • Trained, developed, motivated, and managed International Sales Representatives. • Negotiated contracts and the implementation of Terms and Conditions. • Monitored sales and field service representative activities and their interaction with the customers. • Assisted customers with the troubleshooting of their equipment and helped them define the way to get those units back into service, quickly, reliably and economically. • Maintained accounts on current financial status by assisting the credit department in its efforts.
