Daily Duties at Sykes Enterprises:
The Global Operations team focuses on Sykes’ largest global clients. Assigned to a Fortune 500 US and Canada based credit card company with a combined $40 million in annual revenue. Highly involved in managing a client – vendor relationship on day-to-day concerns, which included customer satisfaction performance and other service level agreements. Mitigated possible client escalations and potential client dissatisfaction. One of the leaders as point of contact for operations in the US, Canada, APAC and Latin America for a total of ~1200 FTEs globally. Provided the overall financial reporting and analysis as a Subject Matter Expert for Global Financials for the US, Canada, Latin America and APAC regions including monthly forecast versus the budget and profit and loss analysis. Shared site best practices including the proven business process improvement tool with a supporting methodology by establishing global consistency and successful implementation across regions. Accountable for new account implementation, working hand in hand with project managers, taking an active role in project management in relation to contracts, client, service level agreements, quality, training, audit and compliance, disaster recovery and technology.
