Daily Duties at Hillsboro School District:
Led all county-wide & district staff in learning, customizing, and implementing Infinite Vision, an HR IT system, with the help of computer science associates who developed updated modules for particular required uses. Prepared comprehensive Staff Position Reports and Evaluations for the Oregon Department of Education. Maintained the district’s operational capacity by tracking staff allocations with the district’s transportation, facilities, food services, and administration center departments. Evaluated employee leave requests for FMLA, OFLA, and ADA before tracking their time away. Reduced the number of work calendars by 57% by developing a new system for the classified staff. Established classified job fairs for the custodial and transportation industries. Cooperated with District Executives and Computer Software Associates on he Infinite Vision Governance Committee as the Leader of the Infinite Vision Group. Developed a technology plan with Technology Study Team to support the District Strategic Plan.
