Supply Chain Engagement -- Implemented Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR®) models at Department of Defense depot maintenance facility. Developed material management plans and inventory policy recommendations; instituted collaborative planning forecasting replenishment with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) suppliers to articulate multi-year demand requirements. Strategy Engagement -- Led strategic planning development, portfolio planning and policy recommendations at Defense Center of Excellence. Developed performance measurement framework to drive improved accountability; aligned goals, objectives and portfolio of strategic initiatives; revised client's mission, vision, and values statements; implemented Balanced Score Card.
