Daily Duties at First Databank:

Developed an Issue Resolution and User Request (SWAT) project task template and PMO process to ensure all user requests and quality issues were resolved and documented in an urgent matter. This process exposed all maintenance activities costs for financial reporting which set a year over year budget allocation for the CFO. Managed and reported project status and Earned Value Management (EVM) financials to Senior Management (Directors, VP, and President) using the Hearst Portfolio Status “stop light” weekly and variance reports. Consistently reported within the 20% of the cost of my projects with budgets from $200K to 800K.. Managed resource scheduling at the Portfolio level by priority by using the leveling functionality in Microsoft Project Server. The portfolio of approximately 20 projects are processed weekly to identify resource conflicts and are reported to the Resource Managers for resolution using the Resource Critical Path Analysis (RCP) and Critical Path (CP) models. Configured and trained Microsoft Project Server PWA Timesheet and Workspace functionality to all organizations which consists of 200 employees and consultants as part of the corporate initiative for 2010. This initiative electronically enabled an enterprise repository to collect all project, support, and administrative hours for better tracking of financial costs of $430K. Lead project kick-off meetings, prepare, manage and track project timelines for small to medium size projects with the customer and respective teams: Information Technology (IT), Content Systems, Pharmacists, Customer Service, Editorial, Marketing, and Quality Management (QM) teams supporting VB.NET, Informix, and Oracle DBMS development on the Windows and UNIX platforms. Managed the SDLC (waterfall/iterative) to manage change requests, issues, risks using assessment, qualitative, and quantitative processes, action items, vendor relationship and deliverables, testing, and implementation for feasibility, maintenance, enhancing, and new product development for Pharmacists and physicians for all healthcare environments.
