Daily Duties at Mphasis , Hp Company:

• Worked with Business stakeholders in analyzing the provider modules in legacy system HP Interchange Medicaid Management Information System and Metavance to develop the requirements for a new and improved HPS Next Gen System • Eliciting business rules and analyzing assumptions, constraints, risks, and dependencies and performed GAP Analysis • Eliciting business requirements and preparing Business Process Model using UML concepts ,Business Process Specification, and Business Data Element Specification documents • Conducting requirements map to technology meetings with the development team • Creating activity diagrams, use cases using requirement management tools such as CaliberRM and HP Quality Center , Visio. • Preparing functional specification and ancillary documents • Reviewing test scripts to ensure the requirement coverage and participating in the ambiguity analysis with the testing team • Identifying gaps and integration points between requirement management tools and test management tools • Helping in achieving bidirectional traceability between requirements and test cases and performing end-to-end traceability from activity diagrams to test cases • Performing Business acceptance testing and UAT with the business users • Performed data analysis and testing by writing SQLs • Performed Data Mapping from source to target • Maintained mapping of data values for ETL under different categories for analysis. • Analyzed data to identify effective attributes for Reporting. • Develop complex SQLs to create/update test data and validate test case results over multiple tables. Testing data from various sources (CSV /Seibel applications) with target data in the Oracle DW. • Reviewed Change Requests to analyze potential BI impact on existing reports and coordinate with end users.
