Daily Duties at Csx:
• Plan the business analysis process, stakeholder identification, and relationship management • Acquire business requirements from stakeholders and manage using requirements document and traceability techniques. Create process flows and use cases • Train the users on functional aspects of new information management system to meet the goal. • Analyze the data and present status report. • Written requirements on Migration of Web center content server from 10 g to 11 g , analysis , resolving the data issues , suggesting solutions and then finally validating the results after go-live. • Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders. • Ensure design fulfils goals and objectives of stakeholders and meets stated business needs • Conduct and participate in stakeholders meeting to resolve issues and manage milestones. • Documenting user stories and source –target mapping requirements document • Story time sessions with the IT technical teams • Develop SQLs to create/update test data and validate test case results over multiple tables. Testing data from various sources (CSV /Seibel applications) with target data in the Oracle DW. • Defining KPIs for reports for the top management and documenting requirements for reports visualization in Qlikview. • Test Estimation and planning • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans / scripts based on user stories, design documents, and other artifacts • Preparation of summary reports and track bugs or issues to successful resolution
