Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:
• Planned and held meetings with the business stakeholders / Senior Architects for the eliciting requirements for desktop / web and mobile applications. • Complex requirements are logically broken down in doable user stories. • Requirements walkthrough with the UI/UX designers to get the visuals / assets / wireframes. • Story time for the IT technical teams. • Analyze requirements and document the clinical rules. • Ensure design fulfils goals and objectives of stakeholders and meets stated business needs • Giving demo to stakeholders to receive their feedback /comments and plan and schedule with Project Manager its incorporation in the product. • Conduct and participate in stakeholders meeting to resolve issues and manage milestones. • Prepare user guides on the functional as well as the navigational aspects of the tools. • Created user stories for reporting and analytics by Event tracking on the website. • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans / scripts based on user stories, design documents, and other artifacts • Provide traceability from business requirements and technical specifications to test conditions and scenarios. • Performed UAT and validated test results through front end user interface and back end database • Used SQLs for doing database testing. • Testing after go-live to make sure the product meets the business requirements. • Identifying and communicating risks and solutions to issues along with the stakeholders.
