Daily Duties at Insight Global:
Recruited as a Senior Level Systems Analyst / Agile Team Member with the responsibility of owning and leading enterprise feasibility solutions and services with Enterprise Architects and Subject Matter Experts to meet the need of Video, High Speed Data, Digital Voice, and high visibility strategic Agile projects such as the Xfinity expansion which was aggressively deployed to the customer in one year. • Conducted user interviews and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to define and capture requirements and design on software development projects for large-scale distributed systems to deliver backend system solutions in a complex ecosystem. Used UML 2.0 and the Unified process for business/systems analysis in a SOA environment using the Visio toolkit which increased Test-Drive Development (TDD) by several hours. • Utilized IBM DOORS and JIRA to maintain traceability between requirements, design elements, and development work defined by the business to capture proposed change and/or enhancements to systems. Release Management and Project Management (SCRUM) activities were injected to ensure timely delivery and remove impediments across multiple internal and external groups and partners against the Product Roadmap and demonstrated in the monthly Sprint Reviews.
