Daily Duties at Ipc Information Systems:

Started as technician for Nortel PBX and voicemail systems. Expanded knowledge to encompass several versions of the IPC Trading Turret systems. eventually opened a new branch office in Houston and was promoted to Foreman responsible for ensuring 30 minute response time for financial customers. Hired 2 other team members and delegated work for Houston customers. Maintained warehouse parts inventories. Built Trading systems from the ground up. Met with customer stake holders to understand requirements. Conducted site surveys for new sales and maintenance contract revenue generation. Designed, built, installed and maintained new systems and required infrastructure. Hire and direct contractors for larger projects.
