Working first as a contractor for 3 months then hiring on as an employee, Install and maintain Nortel PBX and Voicemail systems. Foster positive customer relationships to enhance and ensure customer satisfaction. Worked as field technician and later moved up to on site technician for multi site locations such as St. Luke's Hospital, Houston Airport systems, and Lone Star College formerly known as Harris County Community College
