Daily Duties at Shell Trading:

Began as PBX and Trade Floor technology support technician. Increased responsibility to Telecom Manager. Managed a team of up to 13 team members responsible for Voice system support, Wireless device administration and Accounts Payable functions for IT operations. Health Safety and Environmental representative for the IT group. Conduct employee goal setting and appraisals. Vendor management and contract negotiations for systems and services purchases and maintenance. Ensure 99.999 uptime for Voice systems for traders.
