Daily Duties at Alliance Group Technologies:
Recruited as a Senior Level Project Manager at Cummins with the responsibility of managing the centralized functions globally (Japan, China, India, and United Kingdom) for shared IT Services which includes Application Development and Production Support Groups, Enterprise, Security (PCI Compliance) Solutions, and IT Infrastructure. Lead as a single point for status communications support between vendors, customer project manager, and all of the Shared IT groups related for project scope, planning, resourcing, monitoring, executing, and closure for PCI implementation. Ensured projects were executed with quality leveraging knowlege of PMI (ITPM), SDLC, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT methodologies planning, purchasing, and implementing hardware for Zebra printers, scanners, and wireless technology in the manufacturing plant.
