Recruited as a Senior Level Project Management Consultant at Wellpoint with the responsibility of managing IT functions for the Federal Employee Program Medical Management integration with Enterprise IT solutions. Provided a proactive single point of contact for communicating status between vendors, customer project manager, and Enterprise IT groups. Defined and managed project scope, planning, resourcing, monitoring, executing, and closure for Genesys and Verint, WMDS, TriMed, ECC, and mainframe and client / server applications that processed and managed health care claims using PMI and SDLC methodologies. Actively managed “best in class” process improvement intitiatives for the Case and Disease Management teams to identify, document, and implement effective solutions for the healthcare continuum.
