Daily Duties at Tek Systems:
Lead developers, architects, business analyst, and testers using Java (web-based), Oracle, Cognos, and Camstar technologies through the software development life cycle (SDLC) as a Program Manager using the Waterfall and Iterative (Agile) methodologies for a highly regulated environment. Lead Integration and Coordinator for 4 software application teams by facilitating requirement and design reviews using JADs, Brainstorming, daily and weekly meetings, created and managed schedules, risks, issues, budget variances, and progress reported variances to stakeholders during Steering Committee meeting, change control board, and Tier 1 project / program reviews to C-Level. Managed and reported quarterlyTheme Roadmap reviews and identified interdependencies on cross-functional initiatives to C-Level for a strategy budget of $500K. Mentored cross-functional initiative Leads on initiative activity such as business cases and presentations, deliverables, schedule and budget. Created a Project Management handbook for the PMO for onboarding based on the current proccesses learned while on this engagement.
