Daily Duties at Carefusion Bd:
Lead program for Dispensing R&D new product development for continued integration on a web platform with the API for single user authentication, services, and Android devices to integrate with other products and 3rd party software such as Cerner and Epic with a work effort of more than 50,000 hours. Established and actively manage and coach 3 Agile Scrum teams using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) to track the velocity and burndown for projects as well as manging scope and product backlogs for traceability reports and dependencies between products. Lead PMCoE (Project Management Center of Excellence) team for uniform project status leveraging Planview for the ES R&D Dispensing organization. Active participate of PM implementation, planning and TFS best practices adoption for ES and legacy products. Recognized for contributing to the first year of BD filing an integrated Federal Sunshine report, which includes transactions across additional systems / sources from legacy CareFusion and Crisi businesses. As a newly integrated entity, BD disclosed 4,511 reportable transactions totaling $31,547,971.63 in 2015, of which over $21.7 million is research related. Project manage triage and support teams dedicated to improving customer implementations in the field by releasing tools and utilities that assist in product migrations. Decreased implementation time by 50%.
