Daily Duties at Deutsche Bank :

• Calculate firm’s global holdings in equity securities (“beneficial ownership”) per pertinent rules of the Americas (US, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Peru, etc.). • Research rules and regulations on a country-by-country basis. • Respond to regulatory requests. • Develop position calculation methodologies based on legal research. • Deliver monthly and quarterly KPIs with emphasis on regulatory risk and other pertinent factors. • Manage project development and delivery. • Draft/Update policies and procedures and training manuals. • Explain complex regulations to business units. • Respond to real-time trade requests and inquiries from trading desks. • Add/Remove securities from the Global Restricted List. • Test new and existing alert definitions in UAT environment using Actimize software. • Review and close alerts using Actimize software. • File U.S. disclosure forms: 13D, 13G, 13F, 13H and Forms 3, 4 and 5. • Assist local experts in Brazil, Canada and Mexico in support of their preparation of disclosure forms with their regulators and/or exchanges. • Develop and maintain deep understanding of all bank products (equity, fixed income, futures, f/x, swaps, derivatives, etc.) in order to ensure that models accurately reflected reportable positions.
