Aided the State of Colorado in upgrading new computers and servers for Y2K Advanced from field technician to team lead to become central point of contact for troubleshooting, parts issues, and inventory Stepped into alternative roles like logistics and onsite mining support to fill gaps for vacation and terminations Completed certifications in MSCE, CNE, and CCNP
