Daily Duties at Black Rock:

Responsible for preparing and reviewing Equity, Fixed Income and High Net Worth client reports for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cycles. Also handled client requests and worked with outside auditors. • Maintained and improved centralized procedures for new and existing reports for offshore counterparts to use for report production and continuity planning o Consistently evaluated systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies and made several recommendations to mitigate operational risk o Provided training sessions for offshore teams to ensure successful transitions o Set up regular meetings and procedures to minimize errors and questions o Researched and reconciled reporting issues and discrepancies • Served as liaison for all clients during the onboarding meetings to ensure proper funding and information needs for the new account o Established and input all new account information. Monitored ongoing accounts and terminated accounts as needed • Compiled and analyzed financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital to prepare Audits for High Net Worth and Institutional Clients • Fielded daily requests from the client or internal groups regarding their accounts (payables, receivables, interest, holdings), problem solving or directing inquiries where appropriate, while providing high quality client service
