 Increased revenue each year with a 64% increase year-over-year for $16M in revenue in 2014  Collaborate with procurement and technical personnel at clients to identify technical needs  Retained detailed records of client’s needs in Salesforce and CRM systems to keep management informed  Identified new business opportunities to increase sales of polymers for drilling fluids, production, stimulation, and cement additives  Educated BASF group both in the US and Germany on oil filed industry including full project life cycle including start of process (seismic), paperwork, drilling rigs, drilling tools, drilling fluids, stimulation equipment, theory of fracking, and competitor information  Served as subject matter expert for oil/gas liquid solid separation industry and drilling fluids market to field questions from sites around the world  Represented BASF at conferences including Society of Petroleum Engineers, Annual Technical Conference & Exhibit, Hart Energy DUG, and Global Petroleum Show
