Responsible for the day-to-day and long-range success of two locations: Charlotte and a smaller location in Raleigh, NC. Successful management included: managing and motivating warehouse and driver personnel; human resources; payroll, client billing; accurate inventory counts; facility and equipment maintenance; building and property security; and location P & L Statements.
