Daily Duties at Cardinal Health:

Managed 19 direct reports utilizing Operational Excellence to enhance the domestic and international customer experience across Southern and Eastern regions. Oversaw staff which provided inventory analytics, work order release, review of daily critical orders, eliminating work in progress delays and Sub/RWO processing. Worked with 25 Special Procedure Reps, and 26 Ambulatory Care Reps, to process new or revise existing surgery packs in compliance with 10CFR standards. Focused on communication, improving turnaround times, error reduction and maximized profitability in the quote process. Worked with Operations VP to create department restructure, redefine roles and responsibilities and write new job descriptions. Interview, Hire and terminate employees as needed. Determined candidate qualifications for Cardinals Sales Development Program.
