Daily Duties at Data Quick Information Systems:
Worked with customers and internal teams to identify specific solutions to business needs using Real Property Public Records data. Highly successful in helping customers understand the content and character of the data, in understanding the customers’ business, in identifying solutions to the customers’ specific business needs, in gathering, documenting and communicating customer requirements to stakeholders, in designing and implementing the customer-side data update processes, in educating the customers on handling incoming data, in providing technical support to the customers and in managing the creation of customer-deliverable files. Coached internal Sales and Analytics teams in data content and identified ways, using the data, to both improve the company's existing products and create new product lines.
