Daily Duties at Radiant Industrial Solutions:
Used Solid Works to redesign existing air purification units, including base frames and face panes to fit new specifications. Designed new fasteners such as bolts and washers for assembly in solid works and later in real world by the technicians. Used Solid Works to design new equipment including the outside shell, inner parts and the fasteners. Created mechanical drawings and assigned materials to specific units and there parts in order for them to be fabricated. Conducted metal work such as grinding away rust or corrosion from metal surfaces, drilling holes for components for component assembly and grinding and cutting welds in order to sand and break apart existing metal structures for modification. Electrical wiring and organization preparation for installation Worked with the shipping department with packaging and labeling. Created build of materials for air purification systems. Worked with supervisor in any changes that needed to be made to the design.
