Daily Duties at Nestle Usa:

Lead a cross functional team including managers, supervisors & engineer to own the methodologies, implement the system and sustain continuous improvement at the facility that includes talent management - identifying new resources – training needs of resources – remove hurdles to ensure projects are on time – implement recognition program for successful projects Own the methodology to Identify, Prioritize & Assign projects that will help achieve KPI goals identified by the factory – train & coach executive committee on the IPA system – enable Executive Committee to use the IPA system to build the OMP Built the 2015 budget for production of all items – analyze trends, past efficiencies, determine realistic loss factors, coordinate with forecasting for 2015 volume to determine new budget. Own and built the Loss Analysis for all Business Units to help identify opportunities and projects to bridge the gap. Champion introducing new products and existing product changes determined by Sales/Marketing into Operation – average 1 change every week.
