Daily Duties at Infosys Limited:
Project Lead - 2010 - 2013 1) Identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives. Project Lead 2010 – 2013 2) Responsible for ensuring appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project. 3) Defining, planning, tracking and managing the project. 4) With sufficient technical background, able to anticipate and identify critical technical obstacles, and to make accurate technology decisions. 5) Utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately. 6) Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. 7) Resolve conflicts, admit to having problems and seek coaching openly, escalate if necessary. Technology Analyst - 2008 - 2010 1) Gathering requirements from end client, analyzing the project scope, identifying gaps/ issues in requirements, providing effort estimation and evaluating the technical risks involved. 2) Performing high-level and low-level designs. 3) Participating in design and architecture reviews. 4) Leading the team in developing high quality code, performing code reviews & test plan reviews, conducting independent testing and signing off code bundle for testing stage. 5) Leading the team for integration/system/performance testing and interface with Client during user acceptance testing. 6) Providing inputs for overall implementation plan, leading deployment of applications. 7) Mentoring the team on Technical competencies. 8) Providing regular status updates to Client. 9) Providing and maintaining documentation at every stage of software development. Documentation includes project scope document, requirements document, design documents, test plans and end user documentation. Senior Software Engineer - 2006 - 2008 1) Gathering requirements from onsite counterparts and clients. 2) Creating low level design. 3) Performing code reviews. 4) Providing post-production support by analyzing and fixing the production issues. 5) Providing and maintaining documentation that included requirements document, design documents and unit test plans. 6) Leading a project module to completion. Software Engineer - 2006 - 2005 1) Developing quality code. 2) Performing unit testing. 3) Participating in Knowledge Management activities. 4) Providing and maintaining technical documents for the code module developed.
