• Worked as production chemist for the development of Grubbs catalysts for specialty chemical products • Updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the laboratory environment per newly established protocols and guidelines • Scaled-up catalysts for mass production into 200 gallon reactors for commercialization • Provided analytics on all products, purification, packaging, GMP, and safety procedures
