• Organizational leadership of the Inventory and Procurement department (2 direct reports) • Coordination of training and development within the department • Monitored the procurement process; determination and specification of purchasing volumes • Optimization of inventory balances • Budgeting and forecasting of purchasing volumes • Coordination of precious metal sales, optimization of precious metal leases • Implementation of a Sales & Operations Planning process in close cooperation with Dentsply UK • Development and implementation of a detailed Sales Controlling reporting • Head of the Quality Management department (10 dotted-line reports) • Implementation of a Quality Management system incl. the development of an organization manual • Organization of internal and external audits • Follow-up and documentation of audit nonconformities
