Daily Duties at Degudent Gmb H:
• Organizational leadership of the Finance department for Austria and CEE subsidiaries (8 direct reports) • Coordination of training and development within the department • Month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings • Improvement of internal and external reporting • Budgeting according to corporate requirements • Implementation of a monthly forecast process in close co-operation with the sales managers • Liquidity planning and cash management • Development and improvement of all financial-related processes • Contact person for external public accountants and tax consultants • Implementation of SOX-guidelines within the subsidiaries • Statistical reports to public organizations
