Daily Duties at Es3:
• Organizational leadership of the Inventory Control department (4 direct reports, 12 indirect reports) • Coordination of training and development within the department • Inventory control responsibility for six buildings within the network • Managing team responsible to validate inventory accuracy • Ensuring the pick cycle count program is executed, consistent and accurate • Budgeting and managing the operating budget for Inventory Control • Responsibility to recognize signs of operational problems (e.g. shrink, receiving errors, KPI failures) • Providing and driving detailed actions in order to correct operational problems • Managing warehouse purchasing programs and supplies inventory
