Implemented and lead projects to align batch record processes with best practices and Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP). Streamlined existing protocols to improved safety and took part in lean projects to improve processes, cut costs, and add value. Worked with operators, engineers to update and write new processes consistent with cGMP guidelines allowing Noramco to bring new drugs into production on schedule
