Daily Duties at C&S Wholesale Grocers:
I was responsible for 2 food warehouses and had 2 HR Generalists that reported to me directly. I was involved in all phases of the HR and Recruitment life cycles, which included training, safety and risk management, strategic and tactical support for operations, implementation of KPI's, leadership development, investigations, coaching and progressive discipline, as well as associate and leadership engagement.
