Daily Duties at Chicago Municipal Employees Credit Union:
Analyze and identify mission critical systems, business needs, stakeholders, and existing gaps along with legacy system that where candidates for replacement. Identify potential candidate solutions, based on business requirements, and prepare a short and long term plan to roll out solution. Hire and develop a team to analyze and prioritize, based on business needs, the upgrade of legacy systems. The team consisted of 3 full time and 3 consultants. Develop relationships with Executive stakeholders across enterprise to not only help shape the solution but to get buy in and support in creating a plan that compliments the current business strategy. Create and maintain a catalogue of systems in the enterprise capture inputs and outputs for each along with associated stakeholders.
