Daily Duties at Dialogic:
Managed design wins and sales opportunities. Provide architectural guidance for computer telephony solutions involving voice, video, fax, mobile VAS, media carrier GWs. A liaison for customer’s technical team, Dialogic’s R&D and product managers. Conducted product trainings in English and Spanish. Technical pre-sales, responding to RFPs, data gathering and information research.
