Daily Duties at Ibm:
Solution & Services Sales • Lead solution and service sales for Verizon, Sprint, CLECO and AES. • Services and technologies include public, private and hybrid cloud deployments, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, XaaS, IoT, managed services, outsourced programs, big data and analytics, cognitive computing (Watson), SDN/NFV, SAP and Oracle. • Responsibilities include opportunity ownership, driving weekly financial commits, determining customer strategic business and technical needs, delivering solutions that produce financial results for the customer and IBM, and creating a “Trusted Advisor” role between IBM and our customers that delivers greater product and service absorption. • Achieved 110% of goal on a sales plan of $38 million. • Negotiate customer outsourcing, managed services and deployment contracts.
