Daily Duties at The Bmo Harris Bradley Center Levy Restaurants:
Responsible for all food served at this 18,500 seat arena. From the hot dogs in the concession stands to the steaks and shrimp served in the suites, my team of chefs ordered eveything and i had to approve it before the order was placed. Same for all small ware items & paper goods. Hiring was also by me while training was handled by one of my team of chefs
