Daily Duties at Lac Courte Oreilles Casino, Lodge & Convention Center:
in charge of all food & beverage offerings in the Native American casino. The outlets consisted of the Buffet, Wigwam Restaurant, Bingo Hall Food Outlet, The Lounge and Convention Center. Also placed all food and supply orders for all the outlets and had to approve the beverage order from the beverage manager before it was placed. Rewrote all menus and wine & beverage list when I arrived plus created a new catering menu to attract new convention center business.
