Feeding 300 students plus 150 teachers per day on a meal plan plus ala carte meal offerings. The college offered heavy catering from homecoming events to at least 50 weddings a year. In charge of ordering and inventory of all food served at the college. Also designed all catering menus for special events plus for all weddings.
