Daily Duties at Express Scripts / Medco:

 As liaison between QA, Business, and Development, successfully coordinated and managed cross-functional Quality Assurance testing for multiple projects simultaneously, continually processing claims processing across all platforms effectively and efficiently within established schedule and budgetary constraints.  Developed and maintained standard operations procedures for Disaster Recovery testing of processing 4M claims, effectively supporting disaster recovery backup success.  Executed change management functions in QA during integration of Express Scripts and Medco, successfully combining two major platforms for seamless deployment.  Provided staff leadership, training other QA leads on the cross-functional QA lead processes.  Ensured compliance with established QA processes and tools, as well as regulations, including HIPPA standards.  Investigated and identified issues in the QA process, resolving any issues with effective problem solving skills.  Facilitated meetings between QA, Business, Development and the project team to identify and resolve any issues or risk before project implementation.
